ü  Currently coach financial professionals from loan processing to collections.

ü  After observing, my experience allows me to uncover needs areas and implement a plan to achieve the desired result.

ü  Follow-up refines and instills the new behavior as a permanent skill.

Results:  Through permanent change in actions reps become more confident, competent, and productive.

 

Leadership

 My management style is to get involved and act as an example. The insight I gain allows me to give good direction and make decisions with foresight.

ü  Store Manager at 20 and youngest District Manager in Tandy Name Brand history at 26.

ü  Lead up to 250 employees with $200 million in sales volume.

ü  Managed 18 Community Newspapers with all responsibility from sales to circulation.

Results:  Consistent producer and company leader, winning over 60 achievement awards.

 

Mentoring

 My ability to listen to others, give proper direction and solid advice as to further develop their skills.

ü  Developed 4 Sales Reps who were promoted to District Sales Manager while at Idearc Media.

ü  Monthly one on one meetings focus on training techniques and future direction.
